Can you hear me now?

I'm soooo pissed at effing Sprint!

On December 8th I changed my plan to one with more minutes, and then on Dec 14th I paid my bill in full two weeks before it was due. In fact the website says I owe 0.00 right now. So I was quite surprised to receive a message at lunch saying my service has been cut off, and that I need to make a payment to restore service.


What the fucking fuck?!!!?!?!?!?!


After 30 minutes on the phone with me they seem to have it sorted out. They apologized and gave me some 'courtesy minutes' and tried to make nice but I'm still swole yo.

Those who know me are well aware that shitty customer service is my big pet peeve, and this will go in Sprint's permanent record. The worst part is at the end of the call she recited the standard up sell rap like it was just an ordinary call.
